Refund policy
We believe that the key to a successful shopping experience is making an informed choice. We want every product you receive to be the perfect fit, which is why we strongly encourage you to use the size chart provided with each product.
If you have any doubts about the style or measurements—please contact us before purchasing! We’ll be happy to help you choose the right size, saving you time and avoiding unnecessary shipments.

1. How to make a return?
You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the package. You can return the item in two ways:
- Self-shipment: You can send the product back to our address using any carrier (please make sure to pack the package securely). The shipping cost is covered by the Buyer.
- Our return label: Upon your request, we can generate a pre-paid shipping label. In this case, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Product exchange (Size/Model)
We know that sometimes, despite your best intentions, the size turns out to be wrong. To meet your needs:
- The first exchange is completely free. We cover the shipping costs for the first attempt to find the right product.
- Any subsequent exchanges within the same order are subject to a fee according to the price list
3. Return Policy
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:
- It must not show any signs of use (perfume scent, stains, or signs of being tried on).
- It must have all original tags attached.
- It should be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
4. Refunds
We will issue a refund immediately, no later than 14 days after receiving and verifying your package. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to place the order (minus the cost of the shipping label, if it was generated by us).
